Phaltronith.world sells Xavico capsules with the conviction that luxury is inseparable from transparent exit pathways. This Policy harmonises the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as codified in Finland, commercial goodwill practices, and payment-scheme obligations.
It complements—not replaces—mandatory labels on your shipment.
Statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales
If you qualify as a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) calendar days of physical possession without stating cause, subject to hygiene carve-outs referenced below. Day one begins when you—or a third party other than the carrier designated by you—acquires possession.
To exercise withdrawal, send an unequivocal statement to question@phaltronith.world before expiry; our acknowledgement will include a return merchandise authorisation.
Sealed goods exception & sensory integrity
Food supplements whose protective seal is broken after delivery may fall outside withdrawal where EU Article 16(m) exemptions apply, as transposed nationally. Unopened units in resalable condition remain eligible. If ambiguity arises, we err toward a commercial credit where statute permits.
Discretionary satisfaction window
Beyond law, we may publish extended trial periods during limited campaigns. Such promises appear at checkout and never dilute statutory minima.
Promotional bundles refund proportionally unless partial return destroys bundle economics—in which case we explain the arithmetic before settlement.
Non-conformity & latent defects
If goods deviate from description, arrive damaged, or spoil prematurely despite proper storage, notify us within seven (7) days of discovery with photographs, lot identifier, and order reference. We arrange replacements or reimburse return shipping we pre-authorise.
Latent defects discovered later fall under national sale-of-goods rules and may extend timelines.
Return logistics & customs
Approved returns ship to a Finnish warehouse address disclosed after authorisation. Use tracked services; uninsured losses before warehouse receipt remain the sender’s risk unless we specify otherwise. International customers remain responsible for accurate customs declarations on return parcels.
Refund mechanics & timetable
Eligible funds return via the original payment rail within fourteen (14) days of receiving goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. Banking intermediaries may add settlement latency beyond our control.
Gift card refunds, if offered, issue as store credit denominated in EUR unless law mandates cash.
Diminished value & handling charges
Handling beyond what retail inspection reasonably requires may reduce refundable amounts consistent with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
Chargebacks & fraud monitoring
Contact us before initiating card chargebacks so we can resolve discrepancies and protect your account history. Contested chargebacks may trigger delivery blocks pending investigation outcomes mandated by processors.
