Agreement core and eligibility
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Phaltronith.world (“Operator”) regarding access to phaltronith.world and purchases of Xavico labelled goods where checkout is enabled. By browsing after notice, submitting forms, or completing checkout, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age—or of legal majority in your jurisdiction—and possess capacity to contract.
If you engage on behalf of an organisation, you warrant authority to bind that entity, which then becomes jointly responsible for compliance.
Accounts, credentials, and safeguarding
Future member areas may require accounts. You must maintain accurate profile data, protect passwords, and notify question@phaltronith.world of suspected compromise. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform stability or contravene policy.
Catalogue, imagery, and regulatory text
Descriptions aim for fidelity yet remain invitations to treat under Finnish contract doctrine. Packaging artwork on the website may differ slightly from physical print due to manufacturing revisions; the label affixed at dispatch prevails for ingredient statements and mandatory warnings.
Food supplements are regulated distinct from medicinal products. Marketing language complies with applicable frameworks but must never be read as clinical advice.
Ordering workflow, pricing, taxes, and payment
Displayed prices include VAT when required for consumer sales into the EU. Currency conversion for reference only may appear; settlement currency is stated at checkout. Payment partners tokenise card data—Operator does not store primary account numbers.
We may decline orders exhibiting fraud signals, inventory conflicts, or export restrictions. Pre-authorisations void if fulfilment fails.
Acceptable use & prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Circumvent security, throttle controls, or rate limits.
- Deploy scrapers that degrade performance for others.
- Upload malware, homographic phishing links, or unlawful content.
- Misrepresent affiliation with regulators, certification bodies, or medical professionals.
- Reverse engineer binary assets except where statute mandates interoperability rights.
Intellectual property & limited licence
Trademarks, trade dress, typography, code, and editorial copy belong to the Operator or licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to browse and print reasonable excerpts for shopping decisions. Commercial reproduction requires prior written consent.
Third-party services & linking
Outbound links may land on independent properties governed by their policies. Inbound framing that obscures origin is prohibited. Embedded widgets (maps, videos) load subject to their respective terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, the site and products are provided as is and as available, excluding implied warranties where lawful. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Finnish consumer protection chapters on defective goods survive where applicable.
Subject to the preceding sentence, aggregate liability for direct proven losses arising from site use is limited to the higher of €150 or the amount you paid for the affected order in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where intent, gross negligence, or personal injury mandates broader exposure.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay due to events beyond reasonable control—strikes, embargoes, pandemics, grid failures, sovereign internet restrictions—provided prompt notice and mitigation efforts occur.
Governing law, venue, and online dispute hook
These Terms follow the laws of Finland, excluding conflict rules. Consumers may sue in their domicile where EU Regulation 1215/2012 grants non-waivable jurisdiction. Business purchasers consent to Helsinki courts absent mandatory carve-outs.
EU consumers may access the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; participation in alternative dispute resolution, when offered, remains voluntary.
Paid advertising, landing pages, and network policies
Campaigns that point to this domain must identify Xavico as a food supplement, avoid disease-treatment messaging, avoid misleading endorsements or review scores, and show prices and discounts that match what a reasonable consumer pays at checkout, including limitations under Finnish and EU consumer marketing law. Creatives must comply with each network’s Healthcare, personalised advertising, and misrepresentation rules as updated from time to time. The Operator may decline or pause collateral that cannot be evidenced.
Severability, assignment, language, and notices
If a clause is held unenforceable, the remainder persists. Assignment by you requires consent; corporate reorganisations may assign to affiliates with notice. The English language version governs translations provided for courtesy.
